Welcome to the Over 40's
The Over 40’s group is the cornerstone of the Veterans cricket association of Ireland.
In existence since 2022, the group is made up of ex-Ireland internationals, ex-Interprovincial and 1st grade cricketers. The goal is to keep cricketing standards high, play competively, and make sure that all the games are enjoyed in the true spirit of cricket.
The Over 40’s regularly play International fixtures, including an annual Triple Crown event, as well as against touring National & representative sides.

2026 Triple Crown:
The 2026 Over 40s Triple Crown of Cricket features England, Ireland, Scotland, and Wales in a competitive 45-over international tournament.
A key matchup, England O40s v Ireland O40s (Game 3), is scheduled for July 30, 2026, at Bishop’s Stortford CC, Hertfordshire.
