In Summer, 2026 – we plan to launch the first Over 40 and Over 50 North VS South representative series.
This is a brand new all island initiative, designed and delivered by passionate volunteer cricketers – who want to keep the spirit of competition & high standards alive. This is a BRAND NEW competiton and we need help to get it off the ground.
We plan to play North VS South over at least 2x games during the Summer – with a planned International fixture (for each age group) towards the end of the season in September. If you’d like to apply for membership – click here.
Current structure is planned to be a Northern Masters VS Southern Masters – with the teams being selected from:

We will have 2x differnt age competitions. One for 40’s and one for 50’s.

2 x fixtures of 40 over per inning with Pink ball and 12 a side as par as IMC rules

Current windows being targeted are the end of May / early June and some time in August.
We select teams to ensure balanced representation and competitive matches that honour the North – South rivalry while maintaining a shared Masters cricket community.
